Shanna Adamic
Director of Oracle Health Executive Content and Video
As Oracle Health’s director of executive content and video, Shanna Adamic uses storytelling to amplify the human impact of healthcare transformation. Previously, as executive director of the Oracle Health Foundation, she led its mission to expand children’s access to healthcare worldwide. With two decades of health-initiative leadership and a broadcast journalism background, Adamic brings a distinctive perspective to every conversation. She also spent eight seasons as a professional NFL cheerleader with the Kansas City Chiefs, serving as a series host for the team’s Emmy Award-winning media group, 65TPT. Adamic is an international speaker and the author of Audacious Optimism.
Fritz Nelson
Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing Services, Oracle
Fritz Nelson is Oracle senior vice president and head of Marketing Services. An award-winning journalist with a journalism degree from the University of Maryland, he brings extensive experience as an on-camera personality, podcaster, event host, and moderator. Outside Oracle TV, he enjoys sports, food, urban farming, and coffee.

Dave Rosenberg
Senior Vice President, OCI Product Marketing
Dave Rosenberg is senior vice president of OCI Product Marketing at Oracle. He leads product marketing, messaging, and enablement teams that develop and execute campaigns supporting global go-to-market programs. With more than 25 years in enterprise software, he has focused on emerging technologies as a venture investor and founder of multiple software companies. Dave began his career at Bell Labs and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University, a BA from Rutgers University, and is a Kauffman Fellow.
Kay Malcolm
Vice President, Database Product Management, Oracle
Kay Malcolm is Oracle’s vice president of Database Product Management, leading teams that develop database and AI solutions for customer success. She speaks globally on data platform technologies and launched Oracle LiveLabs, a platform with more than 15 million views that supports AI World hands-on experiences. She holds a BS in electrical engineering and is also a certified hip-hop instructor. Kay created Your Work Bestie, an Instagram channel that helps young professionals thrive in corporate life.
