Simon Walker
Executive Vice President, Industry Applications, Oracle
Simon de Montfort Walker, Oracle executive vice president, Industry Applications oversees shared services, support, development, consulting, and innovation initiatives for Oracle’s multibillion-dollar vertical business. This includes supporting the delivery of AI and cloud solutions that are transforming consumer-focused industries like retail and hospitality, as well as vital sectors such as banking and utilities. Simon joined Oracle as senior vice president of restaurants in 2019. In this role, he led a comprehensive digital transformation of Oracle’s point-of-sale business that revitalized the company’s position in market. Prior, he served as CTO and president of eGate Solutions at gategroup. He's also held leadership roles at numerous technology companies, where he led operations and turnaround efforts in the travel, banking, insurance, and hospitality sectors. Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Kings College and a Master’s degree with honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
Riham Almusa
Managing Director and Vice President of Business Applications, KSA, Oracle
Riham AlMusa is the Managing Director & VP of Business Applications of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Oracle. In her role, Riham supports the digital transformation initiatives of Oracle’s public and private sector customers in the Kingdom. She also focuses on initiatives to attract, train, mentor, and prepare Saudi’s next generations of talent for the digital economy. She is passionate about inclusion and equity in the workplace, specifically for women and the youth. Riham AlMusa was born in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 1988 and she holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from King Saud University. She is a devoted mother, wife, and a passionate hard worker.
Sohan DeMel
Senior Vice President of Product Management, Oracle
Sohan DeMel is a senior vice president of product management at Oracle. His responsibilities span the Oracle database portfolio both on-premises and in the Cloud, including Oracle Autonomous Database. Sohan also manages strategic partnerships for the Oracle database products. During his more than 30 year tenure at Oracle, Sohan played a pivotal role in Oracle Real Application Clusters, a mission-critical technology that differentiates Oracle from all other database technologies in the industry. Sohan has degrees in physics and electrical engineering from Vassar College, New York and Dartmouth College, New Hampshire respectively.
Will Badr
Vice President, MEA Product & Customers, Oracle
Will Badr is vice president of product at Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), responsible for distributed cloud and enterprise AI platforms that help governments and regulated enterprises innovate with full control over data, security, and sovereignty. His portfolio spans Dedicated Region, Oracle Alloy, and GPU-powered AI services, enabling customers to build and run generative and predictive AI close to their data with enterprise-grade reliability. Will has more than 20 years in infrastructure and platforms and more than seven years leading AI/ML at scale. Prior to Oracle, he led AWS AI/ML Specialist Solutions Architects for North & South EMEA, and later MENAT Tech Specialists, guiding banks, telcos, and the public sector from proof-of-concept to production. His publications cover model performance monitoring, graph-based fraud detection and recommendations, and large-model training workflows. He holds an MSc in artificial intelligence from the University of Leeds and an MBA from Victoria University of Wellington. Based in Dubai, Will speaks frequently on sovereign AI, agentic systems, and turning AI investments into measurable outcomes—bridging executive strategy with engineering depth.
Rajan Krishnan
Group Vice President, Cloud Applications Development, Oracle
Rajan Krishnan is group vice president of cloud applications development at Oracle. He is responsible for the growth of Oracle's cloud applications in the areas of ERP, supply chain, and human capital management across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Japan, Asia Pacific, and Latin America. Rajan has more than 30 years of experience in product development, strategy, management, marketing, and sales in the IT and pharmaceutical industries. Previously, he was vice president of industry CRM product management. He holds a BPharm from the Birla Institute of Technology & Science in Pilani, a postgraduate diploma in international trade from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade in New Delhi, and an MBA from IMD.
