Meeting the Expertise requirements below recognizes partners with the ability to implement Oracle Hospitality products at hotels’ brand or group level within a specific regional market. Companies with multiple entities in the same regional market are allowed to pool their resources across that regional market to meet the required Qualifiers for this Expertise. All Qualifiers must be attained within the same regional market. Partners who have completed all the qualifiers and have published the Expertise will be listed in Oracle Partner Finder.

1 Individual Certified as:

Hospitality and Food & Beverage Support Specialist (ICCP) (required by May 1, 2026)

2 Individuals Accredited in the following:
OPERA Cloud Solution Engineer Training & Lab
Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Configuration: Getting Started
AND
Attend the following Live Training or Lab
OPERA Cloud Solution Engineer Training & Lab LVT: Successfully Participate AND Complete All Requirements
