Mike Hichwa
Senior Vice President, Software Development, Oracle
Michael Hichwa is a longtime leader at Oracle Corporation, where his organization has played a pivotal role in Oracle database SQL, application development tooling, and data-access innovation. Michael currently serves as senior vice president of software development at Oracle, leading teams responsible for database user experience, database tools, and data access technologies, including SQL Developer, freesql.com, Oracle APEX, Oracle REST Data Services, drivers, framework support, and SQL*Net.
Jenny Lam
Senior Vice President, User Experience Design, Oracle
Jenny Lam is senior vice president of UX design at Oracle, responsible for redefining the brand and products through Oracle's Redwood UX initiative. Previously, Jenny served as design director at Amazon and also worked at Microsoft as creative director of the Windows UX team. Jenny has also served on the AIGA Board of Directors, is a past chair of the Smithsonian National Design Awards, and is a frequent speaker at design and technology conferences.
