During the project planning process, superintendents, subcontractors, tradespeople, and other project stakeholders work together to create a work plan. It includes all the activities and tasks required to complete the project, shows how they are related, and when they should start and end.

On the work plan screen, tasks can be organized by swim lanes or activity bands. Users have visibility into the weekly work plan and can simply tap on their assigned task to view additional information and act on the task.
