Santosh Balasubramanian is the vice president of product management for Oracle data and AI services, leading the development of Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP). He has more than 20 years of experience in cloud-scale analytics, databases, and real-time intelligence platforms.

Natalia Rachelson
Senior Vice President, Cloud Applications Development, Oracle
Natalia Rachelson is Oracle’s senior vice president of cloud applications development, leading outbound product management and innovation across the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Suite. With over 15 years at Oracle and a robust background in product management and communications, Natalia has driven significant growth by ensuring the Fusion Applications Suite meets the needs of more than 14,000 customers worldwide across every business function, including finance, human resources, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, customer service, and marketing. She is passionate about integrating the latest technologies, including artificial intelligence, into Oracle’s applications to deliver transformative solutions that address customers’ biggest, most complex business challenges. Natalia holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business and a BS in Commerce from DePaul University.

Jenny Tsai-Smith
Senior Vice President, Product Management, Oracle
Jenny joined Oracle in 1993 and has held various strategic leadership roles across technical, educational, product, and market initiatives. She currently serves as Head of Product Management for Oracle AI Database, where she oversees the company's core data management platform, serving organizations of all sizes, both on-premises and in the cloud. Jenny leads a diverse team dedicated to customer engagement and market expansion at Oracle. She works directly with Fortune Global 500 clients to help them maximize their Oracle technology investments and supports customers worldwide across various industries. Jenny has also championed Oracle's involvement in the startup ecosystem, making Oracle Database cloud services available to support emerging businesses.

Mark Hura
President, Global Field Operations, Oracle
Mark Hura is President of Oracle’s Global Field Operations, executing the company’s go-to-market strategy and AI transformation across all industries and customer segments. Mark has more than 25 years of experience leading organizations and developing executive partnerships ranging from cloud-native ISVs and AI startups to the world’s largest enterprises and governments. Most recently, he led North America sales integrating the applications and infrastructure businesses bringing a simpler, unified experience to Oracle customers. Prior to that, he led Oracle’s North America Cloud Infrastructure business. Under his leadership, the organization delivered record growth, deepened customer adoption of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and established Oracle as a leading hyperscaler in the market. In previous roles, he led Oracle’s Energy & Water portfolio helping installed-base customers extend the value of their technology investments. Prior to joining Oracle in 2013, Mark was general manager of sales for GE’s Digital Energy business.

Leigh Ann Harris
Senior Vice President, Oracle North America, Demand Services, Oracle
Leigh Ann Harris is a senior vice president at Oracle and a keynote speaker for Oracle AI Experience Live, an event series dedicated to helping enterprise customers explore and build agentic AI solutions. She brings a rare combination of strategic vision and genuine enthusiasm for making AI practical and accessible for organizations at every stage of the journey. In her SVP role, Leigh Ann leads Oracle's North America Demand Services organization, a team of more than 500 industry and solution experts, sales development, and field marketing professionals, including a 300-person SDR organization focused on building high-quality pipeline and accelerating customer adoption of AI capabilities. She also carries responsibility for enablement across a community of 5,000 sellers and engineers, ensuring Oracle's go-to-market teams are equipped to guide customers through their AI transformation. By aligning this team to the full revenue cycle, she's helped shape Oracle North America's growth trajectory in meaningful ways. Leigh Ann has been with Oracle more than 25 years, building her career across strategy, business development, and deal capture. Before Oracle, she held leadership roles at Accenture and Southern Company/Mirant.

Barry Shilmover
Vice President, Distinguished Engineer, Technical Advisor to the CIO, Oracle
Barry Shilmover is a vice president, distinguished engineer, and technical advisor to the CIO at Oracle. He's a multiskilled architect with more than 30 years experience designing, developing, and delivering solutions and architecture for cloud-based business solutions. He serves as both an architect and a trusted advisor and delivery leader for large transformation projects, defining strategic roadmaps for customers. A published author of multiple technical books and a patent holder in cloud and virtualisation technologies, Barry has held key roles at Microsoft, NetApp and Avanade.
